Caramel Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

125g butter¾ cup sugar3 eggs½ cup milk1 ½ flour2 teaspoon Baking powder1 teaspoon vanilla essence/caramel essence
Beat butter and sugar till white and fluffy Thereafter add eggs one at a time and beat Add milk and vanilla essence and beat.Thereafter sift all dry ingredients beat well Bake till skewer comes clean.

METHOD

Whip cream till stiff add smoothen caramel treat according to taste and mix till well combined
Smear caramel treat on cupcakes Thereafter pipe the caramel cream ontop Decorate as desired
