250g Stork Bake4 Jumbo eggs3 cups self-raising flour1 & ½ cups sugar½ cup milk2 teaspoon vanilla essence2 teaspoon baking powder
METHOD
Beat for +-5min till batter is smooth. Scoop into cupcake cases. (Use an ice cream lever scoop for easy distribution...) Bake at 180°c for 15-20min. Makes approximately 24.
