Oreo Cheescake

Oreo cheesecakes

Base:
1 box Oreos crushed
Half cup butter

Mix the above together to form a base.
Freeze.

Filling:

8 oz cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
Mix the above together, then add:
Vanilla essence
1 cup fresh cream(lightly whipped till soft peak stage)
Mix all together then spoon over frozen base.

Chocolate topping:
2 slabs cadburys milk choc
½ cup fresh cream

Heat fresh cream.
When simmering remove from heat and add choc.
Mix till smooth and glossy.
Once cooled,spoon over cheesecakes.
Decorate with whipped cream and crushed oreos.
