INGREDIENTS
2 cups flour 1 cup sugar ¼ teaspoon bicarb1 ½ teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt¾ cup rama3 egg whites 1 cap vanilla essence½ cup sour cream ½ cup milk 1 cup chopped Oreos
METHOD
Preheat oven and line muffin tin.
Roughly chop oreos till its approx 1 cup.
Sift all the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
Using an electric beater, cream the rama.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites, vanilla essence, sour cream and milk.
Add the flour mixture to the creamed butter and beat until it forms crumbs.
Then add the wet mixture and combine well.
Lastly add the oreos and mix until evenly distributed.
Spoon mixture into cupcake holders and bake for 20 minutes. Depending on your oven.

Can also make a butter cream icing by beating 120g rama with 1 cup icing sugar, 1 spoon milk and a cap of vanilla then finely grate 2 oreos and mix.
