INGREDIENTS
4 large egg whites 190g caster sugar 1 ½ tablespoon. Corn flour ¼ teaspoon. Cream of tartar or vinegar ½ pack oreo
METHOD
In a bowl add egg white and cream of tartar and beat on a medium speed until bubble form now beat on a high speed. When its formy and white now add in the (mix the sugar and corn flour together) sugar + corn flour 1 tablespoon at a time beating on a high for 5 to 7 minutes into the meringue add 4 tablespoon. Oreo crumbs and mix on low for 5 seconds just till it mix.
Line your baking tray with a parchment paper. Scoop 2 to 4 tablespoon. Meringue onto the parchment paper and sprinkles some oreo crumbs and bake @ 135c for 1hrs and let it cool completely
INFO & TIPS
Make sure to wipe your mixing bowl with vinegar to remove all grease.
I dont use oreo but I any other chocolate biscuit I get my hands on and it works just as well
If u like it to look a bit fancy pipe or scoop some whipping cream and add a whole oreo cookie on top
