Pistachios Rose Burfi Cuppies

RECIPE

cake:

125g butter
1⁄2 cup oil
1 1⁄4 cup sugar
*beat till white & fluffy*

Add:
4 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups self raising flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1⁄4 teaspoon cardamom powder
1⁄2 teaspoon rose essence
*beat well & pour into a greased cake tin and bake on 180oc till skewer comes out clean*

Icing

1⁄2 cup icing sugar
1⁄2 cup klim or milk powder
1 tablespoon melted butter
2 tablespoon hot milk or more if needed
sprinkle of cardamom powder
1 teaspoon rose syrup
red food colour
mix above & drizzle over cooled cake
Decorate with sliced pistachios & edible roses
