Donut Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

Donut Cupcakes

Ingredients:500g vanilla golden cloud muffin mix2 xl eggs150ml oil200ml water1 teaspoon nutmeg powder
Topping:60g butter (melted)Castor sugarCinnamon powder
Frosting:125g butter2 cups icing sugar1 tub cream cheese1 teaspoon vanilla essence2 tablespoon milk

METHOD

1. Beat all ingredients for batter abd spoon into cupcake cases.
2. Bake in preheated oven for 15-20min at 180 deg c.
3. Whilst warm dip just the top into melted butter and cinnamon sugar mix.
4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
5. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in cream cheese, vanilla and milk and beat until smooth.
6. Frost cupcakes and garnish with dinky donuts for flare.
