Mix coffee into hot water and let it cool. Use water amount allocated on packet instructions. Mix eggs, water mixture and oil instructed on golden cloud packet into dry ingredients.
Spoon into cupcake cases till 3⁄4 full and bake for 15-20min at 180degC.
Cool cakes off.
Beat frosting ingredients together and pipe onto cupcakes.
