INGREDIENTS

Use you favorite plain cake recipe and add 1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon water to batter and bake .

1 slab cadburys dream chocolate
½ tub fresh cream
1 teaspoon coffee
1 tablespoon milo
Dissolve in 1 tablespoon hot water

METHOD

Melt the chocolate .
Beat cream stiff and add to chocolate , add dissolved mixture and fold .
Leave in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes and decorate as desired
