Creamy Hasselbeck Potatoes

RECIPE

Slice 8 small potatoes into thin slices not rite thru. (Use 2 skewers on either side if potatoesn slice). Boil in salted water 💧.Bake 10 minutes.Put small slice of cheese 🧀 in each slice of potato. Boil 1 packet creamy cheese sauce in 1 cup milk.Pour over. Dollop sour cream. Garnish with chopped greens and bake 20 minutesPerfect side dish for chicken or steak
