1 bunch baby spinach washed and chopped
1 potatoe peeled and cubed
1 big tomato or 2 small Cubed
1 onion finely chopped
2 dry red chilies
½ teaspoon jeera seeds
1 teaspoon Rye (black seed)
1 teaspoon dhana powder
¼ teaspoon haldi
Salt to taste
in a pot add some oil the jeera seeds , Rye (black seed) and dry red chillies and allow to sauté until Rye (black seed) starts to pop now add the onions and sauté until the onions are soft . add the potatoes and spinach as well as all the dry spices mix well cook for 5 minutes . Using a spoon place all the spinach like touching the pot , add the cubed tomato in the middle and cover the tomatoes with a spinach completely , close the lid and allow to cook on low , add water if necessary ..
If you Re serving this with a roast or meat add 2 tablespoon of Nandoes sauce ( flavor of your choice ) give a quick simmer and serve .,
If you going to serve with Kitchri then omit the sauce .
