3 egg whiteshalf cup castor sugarhalf to three quarter cup mixed nutscolourful cherriesjust under ¾ cup flour
METHOD
beat whites till stiff.slowly add sugar,little at tym till dissolves and mixture is thick and glossy.add nuts.fold in flour.pour into greased loaf pan.arrange cherries on top.bake at 180 for 30 minutes. cool.slice thin.put in tray.dry out at 100-120 deg for 45min...turning halfway
