INGREDIENTS
Skin on Drums and thighs Tender stem broccoli 3 Carrots2 large potatoes 2 teaspoon Six gun spice 1 teaspoon orange pepper1 teaspoon cracked black pepper 1 teaspoon crushed garlic1 teaspoon crushed chillies
METHOD
Clean chicken and cut potatoes into circles , carrots into chunks and lay onto baking tray, rub with oil and all spices. ( No salt as six gun contains salt)
Roast for 45mins to 1 hour uncovered till chicken is cooked and potatoes are soft. (Make sure to turn chicken so skin on both sides get crisp. )Add tender stem broccoli last, set oven to broil and cook for 5 more minutes.
INFO & TIPS
Serve with Nando's sauce and rolls or buttered bread, we had this with mac and cheese
