1 chicken cut into pieces1 teaspoon fresh crushed garlicSaltHalf teaspoon ground black pepper1 teaspoon Chillie powder1 heaped teaspoon robertsons chicken spice or the Portuguese chicken spice 1 tablespoon lemon juice2 to 3 tablespoon oil or melted butter2 tablespoon nandos mild peri peri sauce2 tablespoon tomato sauce Wagaar1 Green pepper gratedghee (Clarified butter) or oil Chop or grind 2 medium tomatoes and leave aside.
Marinate the chicken in all ingredients for @ least 3 hours.Heat oil/ghee (Clarified butter) for wagaar.Add grated green pepper allow to braise for about 3 to 5 minutes.When its pinkish add your chicken,Cook on high heat for 5 minutes, Then add your tomatoes, cook on high till it sizzles.Then cook on LOW till chicken is done and the oil cums to the top from the sauce. It should take about 30 to 35 minutes to cook.
