First wash and soak 2 Cups Basmati RiceIn a pot Add little Oil /ghee (Clarified butter)tuj (cinnamon stick) 2 Elachi (cardomom) 3 - 4 Whole black pepper 2 Cloves2 Green ChilliFew Curry leaves /or Bay LeavesHeat and Allow aroma to ariseAdd 1 Large finely Chopped onionBraise till light goldAdd the washed meats Let it mix well with the above Add2 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chilli2 teaspoon Dhana Jeera powder+- 1 teaspoon tumeric Salt to taste BRAISE½ kg Cut up Chicken or MuttonAdd 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste½ teaspoon Garlic pasteLet Chicken Change to a creamy colour 1 teaspoon Paprika (Optional) Add 2 medium Grated Tomato1 teaspoon Red Masala Mix well cook few minutesAdd 2 tablespoon MaasCOOKAdd handful of steamed Veges Or Just Peas Or Just Steamed Carrot RoundsAdd +-4-5 Fried potato HalvesHandfull of Chopped Green dhania (coriander)Now DRAIN AND ADD the Soaked 2 cups Basmati riceMix wellAdd +- 2 & ¼ cups Water (Careful not to add too much water) Cook few minutes on Stove 10 minutesThen Cover with foil And Bake in Oven at 180* for 1 ½ Hours Serving Suggestion
Salad with a Difference Grated carrot with chopped onion chopped Green peppers chopped Green dhania (coriander)Mayonnaise 1 teaspoon Sugar or Condensed
Serve with Dahi or RaitoAchar and Papar

TIP :CAN MARINATE CHICKEN OR MUTTON WITH ALL SPICES TOMATO MAAS ETC
ADD THE BRAISED WHOLE SPICES ETC THEN COOK
