INGREDIENTS
1kg ¼ chicken legs1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic 2 teaspoon jeera powder 2 teaspoon turmeric 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 1 teaspoon food colouring 3tbls chilli powder 3tbls plain yogurt 3tbls oil
METHOD
Remove the skin from the chicken. Cut deep slit in the chicken.. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Then dip each chicken into that mixture. Rub the mixture into the chicken well.. Cover and let marinate overnight. Next day u can braai (bbq) it or place it in the oven. Have it with home made Naan and chips. And salad. Enjoy

When you going to braai it.. Brush some butter on it before u place it on the fire.. Enjoy😋
