2-3 chicken fillets cubed 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 2 teaspoons red ginger garlic masala½ teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon cumin powder 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons orange pepper spice 1 teaspoon salt Sprinkling of lemon pepper 2 tablespoons oilMarinate in the above spices and cook until almost done.
Mix together:3 tablespoons tomato purée2 tablespoons butter2 tablespoons orange spice1 tablespoon mayonnaise3 tablespoons double cream yogurt
Add to chicken. Serve with rice 🍚.
