INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken fillets cut in big cubes¼ cup oil½ cup yoghurt 2 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
2 teaspoon @trupti.africa tandoori masala 1 teaspoon chillie powder 1 teaspoon cumin and corriander powder1 teaspoon gurum masala1 teaspoon salt2 tablespoon chopped coriander1 tablespoon chopped mint1 teaspoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek) (dried fenugreek) optional
METHOD
Wash and drain chicken fillets very well.Dab with a paper towel. Mix all ingredients together.Marinate chicken for about 6 hours. Line an oven tray with foil.Brush with oil.Thread chicken on skewers. Place on oven tray. Keep leftover marinade aside. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place chicken in oven for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over. Brush with remaining marinade. Back in the oven for 10 minutes. Brush with melted butter. ÑServe immediately with lemon slices. Can also be made on the braai (bbq). Once tasted never wasted 😋Share as received ⭐⭐⭐
