INGREDIENTS
-1 cup chicken cubes (finely cubed)-1 ½ cups potato cubes (finely cubed) -½ teaspoon green masala or crushed red chilli-½ teaspoon garlic -salt to taste-½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder -¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)-1 ½ teaspoon butter-¼ cup passata-chopped green dhana (optional)-¼ cup sriracha sauce-3 tblspns crucials chilli garlic sauce (optional)-ready rolled pastry sheets
METHOD
1.)Melt butter in a non-stick pan. 2.) Marinate the chicken with garlic, green masala, salt and all spices - cook for 15mins on medium heat. 3.) Add potato and passata and cook on medium heat till potato is almost done - add sriracha sauce and green dhania (coriander) and cook till potato and chicken is fully cooked. 4.) Remove from cooker and leave to cool - add the chilli garlic sauce and fill in pastry sheets as twist pies then cut to size.
