-1 cup chicken cubes (finely cubed)-1 ½ cups potato cubes (finely cubed) -½ teaspoon green masala-½ teaspoon garlic -salt to taste-½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin) powder -¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)-fry light spray-¼ cup passata-chopped green dhana-¼ cup sriracha sauce-3 tblspns crucials chilli garlic sauce-ready rolled pastry sheets
1.)spray fry light in a non-stick pan. 2.)add chicken, garlic, green masala, salt and all spices - cook for 15mins on medium heat. 3.)add potato and passata and cook on medium heat till potato is half done - add sriracha sauce and green dhania (coriander) and cook till potato and chicken is fully cooked. 4.)remove from cooker and leave to cool - add the chilli garlic sauce and fill in pastry sheets as twist pies then cut to size.
