INGREDIENTS
1kg steak cubed3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)1 tablespoon ginger garlic 1 teaspoon crushed green chillie 3 tablespoon chicken spice2 tablespoon steak spice 2 tablespoon barbecue spice 1 teaspoon salt ½ red chillie powder ½ bottle Nandos pepper sauce Beaten eggSesame seeds/dried herbs
METHOD
Heat the butter and add in the steak along with chillie, garlic,and the spices *Cook with water and add as much as needed until tender *add the pepper sauce and allow it to heat through *leave the filling aside to cool down *fill the pies and brush with the egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.*bake in preheated over at 180° for 25-30 minutes until golden brown Enjoy ♥️
