INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/oil1 onion diced3 tablespoon ginger garlic crushed500g chicken fillet2 teaspoon. salt2 tablespoon chicken spice2 tablespoon barbecue spice 2 tablespoon six gun spice1 teaspoon. crushed chilliPastry1 egg
METHOD
*Sauté the onions till light brown*Add in ginger garlic and mix*Add in your chicken with ½ cup water and cook till all the water has been evaporated and the chicken is fully cooked*Add in your spices, salt and chilli and mix
****Roll out your pastry and shape them how you like and add your filling*Whisk and egg and glaze your pies with a pastry brush, and sprinkle some sesame*Bake for 30 minutes until golden, let it sit for 5 minutes then serve
INFO & TIPS
You can freeze them raw and bake them when needed or you can bake them and place them in the freezer and heat them it the microwave when needed
