Cook 2 cubed chicken fillets with garlic salt green chilli crushed jeeraChilli powder or black crushed pepper little tumeric any chicken spice and lemon juice Marinate 200gPrawn or shrimp with crushed chilli lemon juice garlic and saltCook.the chicken with 2-3 tablespoon ButterWhen almost done add in the prawn cook few minutesIn seperate pan Cook robot pepers And 1 finely chopped small onion Grate cheeses white and yellow Gouda or Cheddar or can use morzarella cheeseMake Arabic dough once doubled in sizeRoll out one large round dough
Place on greased baking trayBake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180*Remove from oven coolFor Mini PizzasSmear each round with BBQ sauce and PregoPlace Chicken & Prawn or Shrimp filling on topThen sprinkle some fried onion and robot peppers Top with cheeses of choiceSprinkle some origanumFreeze at this stage When required bake in OVEN for +- 5-7 minutes for cheeses to meltIf Pitta pockets mix sauces Add to fillingFill pockets Can freeze at this stageBefore serving add chopped Lettuce mixed with mayoFor Samoosas or SpringrollMake sure the filling is not too wet or too saucy add green chopped shallot and green chopped dhania (coriander)Can add ½ can corn to chicken when it's cookingAnd Cheese is optional)Enjoy warm or cold
