INGREDIENTS
1 chicken SaltPepper Lemon juiceCinnamonGarlic Ginger Olive oil Chilli powder PaprikaAromat (a South African Spice)Portuguese chicken spiceOrange spice (optional)( I don't have so I used little of the naartjie peel spice the powder like ½ teaspoon)Steak and chop spice
METHOD
Marinate chicken with salt pepper garlic and ginger and lemon juice Then fry in olive oil like braise it enough not deep fry..til nicely brown Then mix all dry spices and add to the oil ( the same pot u fried chicken I add the spices with little more olive oil and remove the chicken to a Pyrex dish ..then let it sizzle and pour over the chicken then I grill it little in oven before serving and garnish with dhania (coriander) Serve with chips salad and roti
