RECIPE
For the Chicken
3 pieces chicken fillet
Cut in thin strips
Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a pot
Add in :
1 tablespoon ginger garlic masala
1 tablespoon peri peri masala
½ teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Cook chicken till tender
Add in:
2 tablespoon tomatoe sauce
2 tablespoon chillie sauce
1 tablespoon butter
Allow sauce to cook and simmer for atleast 5 minutes
For the Rice
Boil 2 cups rice and set aside
In a wok , add 2 tablespoon oil , 2 tablespoon soya sauce , 2 tablespoon chillie sauce
Add in your cooked rice and stir fry for 5-10 minutes
Then add in ¼ cup steamed julienne sliced carrots
Enjoy
