Indo-Chinese Chilli Chicken

500g Chicken fillet
2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
4 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 teaspoon Garlic paste
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon White Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Water
2 tablespoon Oil
Oil to fry
Cut chicken into small strips.
Mix half of maizena (corn flour) and half of soy sauce with salt and egg and marinate chicken pieces for 15 minutes.
Deep fry marinated chicken till golden brown.
In a wok heat oil and add garlic and green chillies and sauté for few seconds.
Add water. Bring to boil and add sugar, pepper, salt, tomato sauce and remaining Soy sauce.
Add fried chicken pieces to it and cook for few minutes.
Dissolve the remaining corn flour in little water and add to the gravy stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Cook till thickened.
Garnish with chopped spring onions.
Note: didnt have spring onions so used sesame seeds and used ground green chillies this time.
