1 kg fillets I cut it side ways. To make it slightly thinner and you get 2 pieces1 tablespoon ginger-garlic+- 2 tablespoon lemon juice (becareful not too much 1 tablespoon mochachos or adegas or any chicken spice+- 2 ½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder (optional)2 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon chillinaise (optional)Marinate all above for few hours) 1 Onion chopped3-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Method Braise onion slightly with ghee (Clarified butter) or butter Add marinated chicken and allow to cook on medium heat.Serve with rolls, chips, salad.Garnish with fresh chopped dhania (coriander) before serving.
