Chicken fillet use:
green masala
Garlic
Salt
Lemon pepper
Paprika
Robertsons Spicy chicken spice
Robertson's BBQ spice
Mochachos hot spice
Aromat (a South African Spice)..
Yellow pepper
Lemon juice
How to make white sauce:
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of flour...salt pepper
250 ml of fresh cream and a dash of milk..
Melt butter in pan then add in flour and mix until you get a paste.. gradually add in fresh cream and milk with a dash of salt and pepper..
(To make a cream cheese sauce add in cheese and stir gradually until done)
Method:
Cut chicken fillet into super thin strips.. add spices and cook on 3-4 until done... then for the mushrooms... cut onion fine.. braise. Add thinly sliced mushroom and cubed yellow pepper .. spice with lemon pepper,oregano,Robertson's veggie spice,a dash of lemon juice, salt.
Then using the pasta of your choice.. (once cooked ) mix together and make a white sauce to throw over.. Then cover with cheese of your choice.. Add pepper and thinly sliced onion rings on top... bake at 180 until cheese melts and then onto grill until crispy.
(Add any colour peppers of your choice)
