INGREDIENTS
3 eggs1 cup sugar Cocoa mixture: (Half cup boiling water, quarter cup oil and cocoa powder- mix together)1 and a half cups flour sifted with 2 teaspoon baking powderGanache: 1 slap of dairy milk and half a tin of nestle cream.
METHOD
Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff and then add egg yolks and mix. Gradually fold in the cocoa mixture and sift flour with baking flour.Bake at 180°c until done.
Ganache: melt the chocoate and mix and add in the nestle cream and mix together until smooth. Pour ganache onto cooled cake and decorate with chocolate shavings
