RECIPE

4 large eggs ¾ cup sugar ½ cup boiling water ¼ cup cocoa powder - sifted ¼ cup oil 1 cup flour 2 teaspoon baking powder
Mix boiling water with cocoa until smooth and set aside .Beat eggs until smooth.Add sugar and continue beating until light and creamy.Add oil and cocoa mixture and beat until well combined.Fold in sifted flour .Sprinkle baking powder over batter and allow to stand for 5 minutes before gently folding ..Pour batter into 2 well greased shallow 20cm round tins.Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes ..Cool completely ..
