1 cup flour ½ cup sugar 3 tablespoons cocoa powder2 teaspoona baking powder ½ teaspoon salt¼ cup chopped nuts of choice 50g chopped chocolate1 egg¼ cup oil2/3 cup milk
Mix together dry ingredients. Add in chocolate and nuts. Whisk liquids together and mix into dry ingredients. Pour into a greased 25x30 cm pan and bake for 10-15min. Don't overbake or brownie will be dry. Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.Js mixed by hand.. Dry ingredients first.. Then whisk wet ingredients and add.
