1. Roast the almond strip until it becomes crispy2. Cut the chocolate to smaller pieces and melt it3. Mix both the almond strip and chocolate together and place it on a piece of butter paper according to your preference.4. Put the semi finished product inside the refrigerator until the cookie is ready to be served cold!
