4 Eggs1 cup Castor sugar1&¼ cups Flour3 teaspoon Baking powder2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
½ cup Boiling water½ cup Oil2 sachets Kopiko coffee
Icing:1&½ cups Butter3 cups Icing sugar½ cup Fresh cream6 tablespoons Cocoa powder
METHOD
Combine the water, oil and coffee, leave to cool.
Cream the Butter and sugar well.Pour in the coffee mixture and beat. Add the remaining ingredients in and beat very well. Bake on 180 degrees till done.
Icing:Cream the Butter and sugar, add the cocoa and cream and beat enough to make a really creamy icing.
Decorate as desired💜
