1. Mix All ingredients listed under Mix 1 with Electric Beater till completely combined and runny. 2. Fold in ingredients listed under Mix 2 with completely combined Mix 1. 3. To produce a 50mm thick cake, use about a 20cm Square Pan / Casserole Dish. Grease the selected container and add the cake batter. 4. Place in a preheated 180⁰Cup for about 30mins, to brown further and allow full cake rise, leave in for a further 7-10mins on 150⁰Cup. 5. In the last 10mins of baking, start preparing the topping. Topping Prep 1. Add butter to sauce pan and allow to heat up. 2. Add sugar and stir to dissolve.3. Add caramel treat and stir in to incorporate.4. Lastly add in fresh cream and bring to a strong simmer with all ingredients incorporated, giving you a nice golden brown slush that will crystalise once grilled. Remove Baked Almond Cake and ¼ pour the topping slush over. Spread the Slivered Almonds over and thereafter pour the remaining ¾ topping slush over. Crystalise the topping by returning to the Oven, under a Grill setting for under a minute. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cooling rack. Cut up to your size selection and enjoy. Bake On 💪
