250g butter3 tablespoon oil1 ¼ cups Castor SugarBeat well till creamy and light. Add5 eggsOne at a time.sift2 ½ cups flour¼ cup maizena (corn flour)4 teaspoon baking powder Add alternately to butter mixture with1 ¼ cups milk.
Divide batter into 2.In 1 part add 2tbls cocoa made into a paste with water. In the 2nd part add peppermint essence aand green colouring.
In a large rectangle pan put chocolate batter. Spread mint batter over. Bake ay 180 degrees till done
