Chocolate caramel coffee cake

For the cake I used a chocolate cake premix (I used golden cloud Sanha approved ). Added coffee to the batter.
For sandwiching the cakes I made a coffee icing included in premix. For the top I beat 250ml fresh cream and drizzled a dairy milk ganache. Finished off with some caramel roses and fresh roses....
