INGREDIENTS
One chocolate sponge cake...3 cups milk
1 tin condensed milk
1 tin nestle cream
sugar to taste
100 grams dairy milk chocolate
3 tablespoons custard powder
1 tablespoon cocoa
fresh cream and extra chocolate for decorating
METHOD
Mousse: Put 2 and ½ cups milk in a pot to boil.. add condensed milk and stir add the nestle cream and stir. If not sweet enough add sugar to taste.. mix the custard powder and cocoa together and make a paste with the remaining half cup milk.. add to the boiling milk and stir continuously. Lastly add the 100 grams chocolate...set the cake at the bottom of the casserole and pour the hot mousse over the cake.. let it set! Once set decorate with freshcream and chocolate!!

Absolutely delicious and Chocolaty... wouldn't go wrong! Just a tip: keep on stirring the milk continuously to avoid any lumps!!
