Super moist chocolate cake, (tried and tasted and loved)
1cup castor sugar
1 and a half cup flour
¾ cup oil
¾ cup milk
4 teaspoon baking powder.
METHOD: beat egg whites till stiff, mix yolks,sugar,cocoa,oil and beat till combined. sift dry ingredients and add to above also add milk and beat,lastly fold in egg whites,bake at 180deg. Divide mixture into 2 baking tins and bake for bout 15/ 20mins.
I then cut off the ends and melted 125ml fresh cream with 1 slab Cadbury dairy milk and throw it over. The cake will absorb it.
Melt another Cadbury dairy milk slab and once it's cool, mix 2 ½- 3 tablespoons nestle cream and spread over. Sprinkle flake and decorate as desired. Cut into squares and serve.
