INGREDIENTS
½ kg chickenGinger garlic paste - 2 teaspoonGreen chilli paste -1 teaspoonCumin powder - 1 teaspoonRed Chilli flakes - 1 teaspoonPaprika powder - 1tspPeri peri spice - 1 tablespoonSalt as per tasteYogurt 2-3 tablespoonLemon juice -1 tablespoonOil -3 tablespoon
METHOD
Marinate for few hours and then cook till done..Preheat oven to 180°C
Sauce...Take peri peri spice 1 teaspoon*1 cup fresh cream2 - 3 tablespoon hot Peri peri sauce *(any brand)2 - 3 tablespoon garlic sauce2 tablespoon mayonnaise2 tablespoon tomato paste andSome butter
Prepare sauce by mixing everything in a saucepan and bring to boil...
Place chicken in an oven proof dish and pour prepared sauce all over...and place into the oven until done...Drizzle cream and serve with French fries... Fatima Shakir
