Store bought pita ( the softer 1 )
1 kilo chicken fillet roughly cut into strips
1 tablespoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger ans garlic paste
1⁄2 squeezed lemon
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1⁄2 teaspoon haldi
1 tablespoon mochachoes lemon and herb spice
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon mayo
3 tablespoon prego sauce
2 teaspoon peri / chil sauce of your choice
2 tablespoon streers / nandos garlic sauce
salt to taste
5 tablespoon mayo
3 tablespoon pres sauce
thin slices cucumber
Marinade and cook chicken until soft .
shred the chicken nicely and add 5 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon prego sauce and mix well .
cut pita add lettuces and cucumber add filling add cheese ,
butter pita and toast both sides .
serve immediately after toasted
