1 kilo chicken fillet roughly cut into strips 1 tablespoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger ans garlic paste oil ½ squeezed lemon 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder ½ teaspoon haldi 1 tablespoon mochachoes lemon and herb spice ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon prego sauce 2 teaspoon peri / chil sauce of your choice 2 tablespoon streers / nandos garlic sauce salt to taste
5 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon pres sauce
optional : lettuces thin slices cucumber
Marinade and cook chicken until soft . shred the chicken nicely and add 5 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon prego sauce and mix well .
assemble : cut pita add lettuces and cucumber add filling add cheese , butter pita and toast both sides .
serve immediately after toasted

you can use whatever sauces you would prefer but this is devine with preso sauce
