3 kgs green mangoes Plus minus 4 to 5 large serving spoons of Methi (Fenugreek) masala Oil Mustard seedCurry leaves 12 sprigs Crushed garlic 2 table spoonsSlivered fresh green chillies to taste I used 15Additional 10 tspns sugar
METHOD
Grate the mangoes Add your Methi (Fenugreek) masala and mix Heat oil and add the mustard seeds and curry leaves let it release aroma Add garlic and the slices chillies Once it sizzled and curry leaves are cooked pour this over your grated mangoes add little sugar Mix and place into plastic containers Serve from fridge
