+-50 small mangoes skinned seed removed and cut In small piecesRince and drain Add to it ½ can Condensed milk or to taste ¾ cup Taysty mayo (or any egg free mayo) ½ cup akalwaya pickle masala1 teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon dry crushed red chilli I Make thin syrup with⅓ cup vinegar bring to boil with 2 tablespoon mazina thin 3 tablespoon sugarThen I added to the above mangoes mix wellMake a wagaar with½ cup oil1 tablespoon mustard seeds thill (sesame seeds) seeds and curry leaves 1 tablespoon crushed garlic or slicedOptional I added whole Jeeru (Cumin) and somph Pour hot wagaar over the mangoesAdjust The taste to your preference Enjoy Keep Refrigerated
