1 cup plain yogurt ½ cup milk1 cup chopped very ripe mango4 teaspoon honey or sugar or moreI used honeyDash of ground elachie (cardamom)Ice cubes (optional)
METHOD
Put mango,yogurt,milk,sugar or honey and elachie into blender and blend for two minutes,more milk can be added if consistency is too thick.Blend with ice cubes if it’s a hot day. Serve with ice cubes. Sprinkle with very little elachie powder. Can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
