INGREDIENTS
Tomatos( sliced) Feta cheeseBalsamic vinegarFine saltThymeBlack olive tapenade or olive slicesCanola or olive oil
Whole small mushroomsOnions (sliced) Pickled jalapeño slicesSpice of your choice
Lamb cutlets Robertsons Morrocan Spice
METHOD
Put feta on top of tomato slices. Dot it with olive tapenade or olive slices. Add a sprinkle of salt. Put sprigs of thyme. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Roast in the oven
Combine small whole mushrooms, sliced onions, jalapeño. Add spice of your choice and sprinkle with a little olive or canola oil. Add salt to taste. Grill in the oven
Rub lamb cutlets with Robertson Morrocan Spice. Grill in oven. Turning once.
