Crispy on the outside, cheesy and creamy on the inside – these mini grilled cheese and corn sandwiches are the ultimate snack!
These mini sandwiches are simple, quick, and seriously addictive. Perfect for lunchboxes, tea-time, or late-night cravings!
🧀 Mini Grilled Cheese & Corn Sandwiches

🌽 Corn Filling:
Steam frozen corn until tender.
Add Aromat (a South African Spice) and mayonnaise to taste.
Mix well and set aside.
🥖 To Assemble:
Take long bread rolls and slice them lengthwise, like a loaf of bread, to create mini sandwich slices.
Butter both sides of each slice.
On one slice:
Spread the corn filling
Add chopped green chillies (optional for heat)
Top with grated Gouda cheese
Cover with another buttered slice to make a sandwich.
🔥 To Grill:
Place the sandwiches on a hot grill or pan.
Toast until both sides are golden and the cheese is melted.
Best served hot and crispy – perfect for snack time or lunchboxes!
