Bake @180 for about 20-25 minutes depending on your oven. Bake till golden. Cool. Melt 2 x 80g slabs of dairy milk in the microwave with 30 second intervals. Add 1 big tin nestle cream. Mix together and top cupcakes with ganache. Using a potato peeler make aero mint curls or crumble aero mint over. Enjoy.
