INGREDIENTS
250g butter
½ cup castor sugar
3 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder
¼ cup semolina
+/- 3 cups flour
METHOD
Cream butter and castor sugar.
then add oil and beat well.
add semolina, Elachi (cardomom) powder and enough flour to form a soft dough.
Roll into little balls and press down with a fork then bake @ 160°c until slightly golden.
Drench in castor sugar.
