Marinade4 Kg Queen Prawns16 cloves garlic1 head of ginger½ bunch of Corriander10 whole green chillies(more if you like) 4Tbs Aminas Tandoori masala (or any tandoori spice)2 ½ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon suhana red chilli powder ½ cup lemon juice2 teaspoon Zeal 250g melted butter
Basting 250 g butter 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ½ cup lemon juice 2 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoon chopped Corriander for garnish
Blend all ingredients with hand blender or in a normal blender and pour over and rub into prawns (12-24 hours)
Either braai (bbq) or grill in oven 6-8 minutes on each side
Basting with brush before the flip ...
Boil all basting ingredients in a sauce pan.
Top with chopped Corriander
