1 cup plain yogurt ½ cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon mustard powder 2 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) powder 3 tablespoon tandoori powder Red chilli powder Salt to taste 3 teaspoon ginger garlic ½ cup oil 1 tablespoon magic masala ¼ cup lemon juice 3 tablespoon oil 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
Mix everything and marinate chicken for +-3-4 hours.
Lay chicken out in an oven tray and bake, keep basting the chicken with the left over marinade.
Wen done turn the heat up in the oven to grill and cook until there’s a nice coating on the chicken.
INFO & TIPS
I find dunking the chicken pieces into the marinade while cooking coats the chicken better. The rest can be basted on.
