Cut and fry chips. Season with mochachos spice. Set aside.
Cook 1 kg fillets cut into strips and cook with salt crushed chillies ginger garlic masala dhana jeeroo. Add in 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1tbl peri peri sauce 1 tablespoon tikka sauce. Set aside.Stir fry 1 sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 cup chopped robot peppers and 1 tomato chopped and ¼ cup lemon juice. Add to chicken. Cook few minutes. Pour over chips Optional chopped lettuce and cheese
