1 tray brown mushrooms
3-4 tablespoon Woolworths slimmers choice reduced fat cream cheese
1 tablespoon oil
2 small chicken fillets (cubed)
1 tablespoon garlic
1⁄2 teaspoon ground green chilli
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1⁄4 green pepper finely diced
Robertson's dried italian herbs
Spray 'and Cook oven tray.
Place on mushrooms with a sprinkle of salt.
Heat oil, add chicken, chillies, garlic and spices. Cook until 3⁄4 done. Then add peppers. Cook till no water remains. Add cream cheese to chicken, mix together and spoon into mushrooms. Sprinkle herbs.
Bake in preheated oven at 180degC until mushroom is tender.
(Mushroom juices will release as cooking)
